Yep picked up the B12.5 tonight   , had 185 miles on it...$5900, plus the Helmet and tie down straps   . Not sure what happened that he had to sell it so fast but I lucked out this time.

Well I managed to put about 40 miles on it tonight around town. Im going to to go pull the Owners manual and see when and what services are due soon!!!

As far as impressions, the bike FEELS smaller to me, and significantly smoother. I love the FI starts, not used to the digital speedo yet, and that muffler is HUGE!!!!

Your boy seems to think your old bike is his now... you haven't told him about the "for sale" ad, have you?  

Can't wait to hear your impressions after you get her out and cranked up a few hundred miles... I think you are one of the first folks on here to go from a B1200 to a B1250. I'm sure your comparison will be important to those who are considering a change.

So get out there and roll on that throttle... just be sure to hang on. And be safe!

well it was raining this morning so no riding till this afternoon, I will certainly give my impressions.

My son is only 12 so he has a few years even though hes already talking about wanting to go to WYO Tech to work on motorcycles! and being Ive had no interest in the B12 I may just keep it.
