Out of the blue have no spark funny thig is forever ive had each coil with one wire that has power when check with test light , when you turn the key on other gets power as you hit the starter button! But Now when im supposed to go race sunday and just rebuilt my motor i have power to all 4 wires when you turn the key on and no spark what the hell is the logical explanation . Ive seen this before but for the life of me cant rember where or on what or what the heck is was!
PLEASE HELP SOMEONE, Last race of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :crybaby:

If the coil is getting voltage and not discharging the ballast (to the plugs) something is up with the exciter circuitry which leads to the CDI. How about the spades that connect to either coil?
Check all wiring to the coil, at least try the coils in another known running bike (and the CDI as well). Check ignition to make sure the circuit is recognizing that it's on.
At least that's where I would start for no-spark.

:
The bandit 400 is not cdi so i should not have all 4 wires hot , Just the 2 orange ones. Right? Thats how its been forever with this bike! Coils are Nology profire and 3 months old, spades good , But not rulling out pickup coil or coils! Damn already been up 35hours trying to get it done !

Right, just the 2 orange wires should be hot since the 400 sparks 1 and 4, and 2 and 3, at the same time (I think thats the order).
Check the pickup then start working back on the connections. The signal coil should have a resistance between 80 and 120 ohms on the brown and black-blue wire on the harness.
