This is what at the top of my invoices i send to people who buy something at my store or auction on ebay! What i want to know is if any of you think it is ghey?

My $0.02...
I think most of it should be at the bottom of an invoice, along with a return/refund disclaimer, like all sales final, or whatever your policy is. Put your userid and the avatar picture of the bike along with contact info at the top, but otherwise, keep the top simple.

Looks cool to me.  Although, I'd punctuate the sentence "Cheers and happy riding." and capitalize WERA just to look more professional.
