Under Alone by William Queen

This book was recommended on this board a few weeks ago, but I can't remember under which thread.  We really need an "A-V Club" board to discuss books, movies, and videogames as we are wont to do.

Anyway, I am about halfway through the book, and it is interesting.  Especially in light of the Bandido internecine war in Canada this past weekend.  Who recommended this book?

I do have one complaint, which I often do with true crime books written by cops.  They always go to great lengths to explain how they NEVER broke any laws.  Sure, everyone ELSE was snorting coke and meth, but I found a way to stay clean.  Sure, everyone else was screwing the barmaid on top of the pooltable, but I managed avoid taking a turn.  Oh, so very holier than thou!  If your life is in danger and you are tying to be a member of an outlaw biker club, you are gonna break a law or two.

I'm guessing if you didn't, you'd be quickly ID'd as a cop plant!  :duh:
