It would look better with a color matched fender and a rear hugger but other wise...pretty nice.

Sweet! I think I just decided to go a similar route. Which triple clamps and forks do I need to find to do the upside down forks?

Should've painted the frame instead of leaving it stock.  Maybe its on his list of things to do.

I've been seeing that bike for a while on ebay.  It is a nice streetfighter with a nice price tag.

The only thing that matters is how fast you can get from 0 to 60, because top speed is secondary

it does look nice, but i would never buy a bike that has had the frame cut on. no matter how good the welds look it still is no where near as good as stock. the subframe on this bike has been cut off and a homemade on welded on! i work in the welding industry and know some of the best welders maybe in the country? heck they run lincolns welding school. and i still would not let them cut my frame and weld it. but thats just me. if i wanted a monter i would buy one. but to each his own. and it still looks great i would just wonder about the frame.
