Does the CBR ride away with new luggage?

My profile shot is a little out of focus, but here's a link to a Japanese site has more pics and a video walk-around of it.
http://minkara.carview.co.jp/en/userid/440297/blog/29653063/It was built by Cedric Smith, top wrench at Everett Powersports. He's cranked out some other custom projects before, too.
First one I saw was back in 2001, he built a 1500+cc Bandit with a GSXR front end.
Cut a GSXR1100 head in half and modified it to work on a GS500. (He built two of those - one a racer enlarged to 650, the other a street machine.) A GSXR750 with a Hayabusa engine. An Aprilia RS125 with a CRF450 motor. A TL1000 powered flat tracker.
