I think you should make a point of going back to them, as they went over and beyond what they were authorized to do to accomodate you.  I mean, you got what you wanted, right?   They may do "other" things for you at some point that they really aren't supposed to in order to make you happy!

+1....  actually whether you ever go back or not isn't the point.  I'm just not sure they deserved blanket condemnation over it.  I'm in the middle of a minor warranty issue too and the service department is dropping the ball IMHO.  I'll continue to do parts business with them cuz they're close and the warranty thing has nothing to do with the parts guy.

But hey.... ya gotta do what ya gotta do!!!     :beers:

Well it's still sort of screwed up. Better, but still weird. I have a feeling that the 15 pilots that are in there are too small. They used to be 20's but then Suzuki changed them. I am going to try and fix it myself this weekend, if I can't then it's back to the dealer I guess but this is getting insane.

According to Fast Larry's Bandit FAQ's the 2G B12's have had #15 pilots since 2001.

The FAQ recommends #27.5 pilots for 2G's, but I haven't had any troubles with the 15's on my Holeshot Stage II kit.

The 1G's have different carbs, but they had #37.5's - and as you jet up, the FAQ recommends smaller pilots

Just a quick update in case anyone else is perusing this. The dealer drilled the plugs for me and made it better but I had to tweak it myself without the benefit of proper tools so my hand got burned alot!    Oh well as it sits right now it's 3.5 turns out basically for every cylinder but I can tell it needs just the last bit of tweaking to be perfect, I'll wait till the spring to do that though as it's 0 degrees celcius today(32F) and it was a bit cold riding around to be fiddling with mixture screws. BIke goes in Saturday for winter storage    Thanks everyone for your help. I may order some "fun" parts from holeshot over the winter to get ready for spring.
