What's up with the butt plug in the end of that viper exhaust. Drill that damn thing out of there. I did it to my DRz 400. Big difference after a rejet.
  I've got a Holeshot Vortex on my bandit no restrictor in the end like that viper.
  Otherwise...I really like your bike...kinda makes me think about going naked. By the way...what's the little yellow button on the left side of the bar for? Shifter? Nitrous? Just curious.

hi the yellow button is to flash the headlights but you have given me an idea with the nos that exhaust was on the bike when i got it new have since put a viper race can on and got 11hp increase naked all the way bud have to do something with the wheels next i think

Looking good...  The twin lights is a good option, as well as the mini stalk turn signals.  One part that I am not too sure about though is the windshield.

single sided swing arm looks wicked
various seat units with sub frame modifide
i have a gsxr back end on my b12
change front end to usd forks
risers and drag bars
or renthals
powdercoat frame and wheels different colour
the mods you can do never ends
down to personal choice
either way just enjoy your bike
