Title: TAIL PACK QUESTION

Anyone have a lead on a tail seat pack that straps/attaches UNDER the seat instead of attaching with Bungees??
I can't find one anywhere?

...it seems simple enough to rig it with straps if I wanted to do what you're thinking about. You should check out some bags at a local bike shop to see if they can readily be modified as such. I bet it's not much of a stretch for any bag to do.

I have access to Dowco Fastrax Luggage, if that will fit the bill?
