Check out immortalgraphix. That's who was selling mine on EBAY. It doesn't say Bandit on it, but it is very cool looking. Not just your standard black, gray or carbon fiber.

Got mine from a place here in so cal called Cycle Gear for under 20 bucks. Doesnt necessarily have to be bandit specific. Just get one that suits the shape of the tank and looks good to ya.

I bought one of those pads at cycle gear then I came across a .020" thick plastic film that is commonly used to protect bumpers on high-end cars (Mercedes, Jags. etc) during shipment. I just cut it to the shape of the tank then applied it by wetting the tank with water and placing the pad on the tank then squeezing the water out with a Teflon bondo knife. The water allows you to position pad easily without air bubbles.
The nice thing about this material is you can remove it when you want to clean your bike and place it back on!
I've got a roll of this material but have been too lazy to put it up on e-bay. I would be willing to set up some kind of deal if anyone is interested?

That is pretty nice...you can hardly tell it is there when your even looking at it. Has it ever moved on you while riding either from wind or from changeing body positions?

No, once it's on it's down until you peal it off. I've even left it on while I wash my bike, the only time I take it off is to put on a new coat of wax. I typically just clean off a spot on the side of my roll away tool box and hang it there so I don’t get any grit on the sticky side then put it back on the bike when I'm done cleaning.
We recently did a good road trip with three bikes running them well over 120 mph and none of them fell off!

Wow...that stuff is really neat! Really love the fact that you cant tell its on there till you get right up on the bike. And to be able to trim it to shape for ANY tank is fantastic!!! Thx for the headsup :beers:

Ok two, companies that I know of make very nice units with Bandit logo's
Keiti is one, (Wizurd got the last one we had)
And the other real nice one, Harris, a little more expensive but.
Got one in today, I think its making its way to my locker, along with the Harris flame hand grips  , for when Donna repaints the bike :gagme: pink.

I ordered one of the standard ones with the less obnoxious carbon fibre patterns for my Bandit. Unfortunatly, I'm in Canada so it's going to take a couple of weeks to get here as it goes through homeland security and the CIA so they know I'm not Al-Queda!! Mail has really become a bummer. Cmon guys it's just a "fridge magnet"
