hi anyone had problims with excessive vibrations through the handlebars on there bandits and ideas how to fix it

Carb synchronization is a first step. A one tooth larger countershaft sprocket drops RPM a bit too.
Then consider Manic Salamander's heavy weight bar ends <www.manicsalamander.com> and finally try filling the handlebars with steel BBs.
I've done all four with good results in each step, although the bar end weights were the most effective single step.

I have found thick wall ally bars do the trick.I am curently using renthal kx mini bike bars in a cool gold colour.cut down vibs, every thing fits just, has a slightly forward and lower stance than standard and look great. The diff in vibs from standard was a real surprise,as well as being able to control power wheelies better as front loaded up more.
