greetings.

should be taking delivery of my 2010 GSF1250SA this weekend, & still have (for the time being) a DL650 K7.
found this site whilst searching for information on the Bandit.  I've been having mechanical issues with the v-strom, so it's time to move it along.  The v-strom was my first bike, & over the past 2 years & 20,000km of riding it's been very forgiving.

cheers,
Scott

Wow! Is that ever sharp looking,.. what color is that?  In the last pic, it looks grey on the fender, but almost chrome on the tank...

not sure of the exact name, but it's a gunmetal gray.  the tank is just too shiney so the reflection is making it look like chrome.

have put half of the luggage racks on (the top rack), the side racks should be on by next weekend.

:welcome: Scott.  Good to have another Aussie here.

I do like that colour.  I wonder how my 02B12 would look in a gunmetal grey.

Hi to everyone!

I just sold my gen 1 B1200 and have started 'personalizing' my newly acquired '08 B1250.
I just finished the Holeshot stage 2 conversion, and am very happy with the results.

Suspension upgrades next. probably a Penske rear, Gold valves in front and a fork brace.

Hello to all,

I'm Joe from Los Angeles and I've owned many bikes but finally got my first Bandit.  It's a $300 '91 400 non-running basket case that I plan on building, chopping, and customizing from the ground up.  Believe me she needs it!  It's great that I found this board as I'm sure this project will bring up tons of questions.  Thanks!

The Alley's been a little slow lately, probably my fault, but hopefully with all the new blood things will get busier! :)

Hello, took me a while to find this bit hence already put a couple of posts on already. For those that haven't read them I'm Badger from the UK (Cornwall), ride a 93 reg 400 Bandit. Been riding on and off for 20+ years with breaks here and there and mostly Suzuki's, like the bullet proof nature of the engines even if the finish can be a bit suspect!

Found the site while looking for some wiring diagrams, so thats mostly where you'll find me in the mechanical sections finding info on how to keep the old girl going on a tiny budget!

Good site, nice to meet you all :thanks:!
