"For a Dignified Final Ride" Unbelievable!!
I wonder if you could get a ticket for the dead guy in the hearse not wearing a helmet? Does the law state the person actually has to be alive??

Well, I'm guessing if the Funeral Director doesn't have to wear a helmet, the deceased in the coffin wouldn't either... besides, what's the point? They're already dead. You can't kill 'em again.
From thier FAQ:
Does the Funeral Director wear a Top Hat?
Our famous incident (http://www.motorcyclefunerals.com/images/police_stop_hearse.jpg) with Avon and Somerset Police brought this to a head. Was our motorcycle hearse a motorcycle or a hearse? This forced our application for a ‘new category of vehicle' through and the Government's DVLA did recognize our vehicle as a ‘2-wheel hearse.' So now whether Funeral Directors wear their top hats or not is entirely on their own heads!
