If any of you read the thread over on MS about frame sliders, don't waste your money ordering a specific type from Surfside Moto for $141...you can get them directly from the manufacturer for $89 http://www.spieglerusa.com/cfm/FrameSliders.cfm

Oh well, $52 I could have saved.  :duh:

I followed your link and it looks to me like the Spiegler site is hitting you up for $79.95 for the brackets and $59.95 for the sliders ($74.95 for carbon fiber and $79.95 for chrome) that go on them... so if you bought from them, it would have been $139.90.

I didn't see anything for $89. Did I miss something??

You are correct!  I stand corrected...must be this two week head and chest cold I'm fighting.  Maybe a mod can remove this thread.  Thanks for pointing that out Red.

Well, the link is a good source for someone to find sliders (and they list the new 1250 there, too)... maybe we'll just leave this up and you can give a review of your new sliders.

Will do!  Seems like a good review over on MS...one individual dropped their Bandit with nary a scratch.
