I just installed a pair of Holeshot mirror extenders to go with my Ken Sean mirrors. Finally, I can see what's behind me! They work great! Holeshot claims they cut down on the vibrations to the mirror so they are more clear. It may just be that I'm cheap and trying to justify spending that much for a couple little pieces of aluminum but it seemed that the left mirror was much clearer and the right side maybe a little clearer. Count me among the ranks of satisfied Holeshot customers.
