I just installed my new 21" slip-on today. It made the bike run better than before (mainly better throttle response) and now it has a nice mellow sound without being too loud. Dale Walker described it as "subtle" and I couldn't agree more. It is lighter than stock and the workmanship is excellent. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting a nice performance enhancement without too much noise.

21"? I personally could not go with a 21". That is one long exhaust. I am happy with my high mount with a 14" exhaust. It is surprisingly mellow sounding considering the short lenth. Regardless. Getting rid of the stock exhaust is an improvement.

I know it sounds long, but it doesn't look too bad, IMHO.

I agree with Solman that the 21" would be too long for a high mount - but it seems ok for the standard mount mid-pipe.
The new ones don't have the logo on the side anymore like the photo posted above. They have a very subtle etched logo on the end cap instead. Much nicer in my opinion and it doesn't call attention to the fact that it is an aftermarket pipe.
I think the real question about any modification or product is "Would you do it again?" In the case of this pipe, my answer is "yes, definitely!".

Yea, I would probably do the same for mine as well. I have a friend who has the 14" low mount and it is definitely louder than mine. I don't think it is obnoxous, but I can hear it more.
