OXTAR SS Performance Boot
« on: June 09, 2008, 10:02:24 PM »
First of all these are my first motorcycle specific boots which makes it hard to compare them to anything.
While I haven't had them in the rain, they are extremely comfortable. They somehow seem to make riding easier and I've taken to wearing them for almost all rides where I can get away with it.
The fact that they aren't overly flashy is one of my favorite parts, under a pair or jeans they barely stick out, and are decently comfortable for walking although I wouldn't want to march far in them.
The workmanship seems good, and the sizing accurate. Overall so far a positive review for sure.

FWIW - Oxtar is now known as TCX... they changed their name last summer (2007).

My several year old, Power Ranger, Oxtar race boots have held up well through some hard use.
