Zip and Velcro fastening, elastic collar, padded shin plate and ankle protection, heel cup, gear patch, reflex inserts, gel ankle pads.
I like them a lot.  They are very comfortable, not real flashy, and offer good protection, while still being comfortable to walk around in.  They cost me $199.00 and shipped in one day from Top Gear.  I also bought my Audio Comm from Top Gear, and they have been great to deal with, very customer oriented, and ship quickly........no waiting.

Update:
After two months use, the right sole became severely detached from the boot.  I called Top Gear and reported the defective boot.  I wanted a repacement, the best they would do was re-glue it.  Not acceptable.  I am going with SIDI for my next pair of boots.
