I found a set of headphones with round speakers about the same size as the ear cutouts in my helmet and installed them with some velcro. Ran the wires under the helmet liner and left a phono jack hanging out of one side. Very listenable, even with my noisy modular helmet. It's only temporary, though, until Chatterbox finally comes out with their bluetooth unit.
