Title: 1992 B4 For Sale
Post by: Ronrdrcr on June 12, 2006, 12:49:33 PM
Well, I blew the end off my exhaust last week and got pissed off so I'm going to buy a new Kawi Z1000 next week.  I haven't decided if I'm going to sell the B4 whole or part it out.  It has Michelin Pilot roads with 85% tread, 2nd gear is inop and it needs a new can.  Make an offer on the whole thing or let me know what parts you need.  Bike runs great with the exception of the tranny.

Um... how much for the handlebars (OEM???) and airbox? Could you list prices separately w/shipping and together w/ shipping?
Thx!

Let's say $15 a piece, plus shipping.

Kind of hard to quote shipping prices when I don't know where to ship though.

Yeah, I'm tired of having to turn around and buy new parts or something every other week.  I just want something reliable that i can just hop on and ride at any time.

OK, I've decided I will be parting the bandit out now.  There are no mirrors, and I'm taking off the turn signals front and rear.  2nd gear does not work, but everything else is there.  I've compiled a list of current intrest, let me know what you guys want.

Ron

What I have so far:

Dvelasq— tires, will you take the wheels with them?

Sirdarkheart—handlebars and airbox (never received pm from you)

Iyeager -- various inquiries, let me know what you need

The likely buyer of my bike might be interested in the passenger pegs/brackets and the stock exhaust, if the pipes are still usable back to a few inches behind the collector.  LMK how much shipped to 19363.

Thanks.

I actually have 2 rear light assemblies.  I'll take $15 for each plus shipping

Not sure what that'd be to Canada.

Ron,

I edited your email addy to remove the @ and make it unclickable. Experience has shown me if you have your email address posted out on the web, you will get spammed. Spammers use web spiders to gather up email addys off the net so they can inundate you with crap. Since this looks like a work email addy, I figured that's the last thing you'd wanna do. If you don't care, feel free to change it back and I'll leave it alone.

Sorry everyone, but the bike is no longer being parted out.  I took the wife for a ride on the Z and she's decided she wants to keep the bandit for herself.  For those who have sent me money already, it is being sent back to you tomorrow along with a little extra to compensate for any inconveniences (sp?).  Again I apologize, I'm just glad my wife is interested in riding now, so I can justify spending money on the bike a little easier.
