says you can use a few fairings, and the 525 fairing for the 92-93 GSXR 750

I did a quick translation with babblefish and it sounds like you have the build the cage for the fairing yourself...

there was a bandit 400 model made with a full fairing, it was a GSXF as opposed to just a GSF, i have seen a couple on ebay uk.  However i dont think that is one as they had a more round headlight than that.

The full fairing looks cool, but i never like the fairing on the limited. I really liked the cafe fairing with the solo seat... very cool.

I'd like to fit a little windscreen a la Buell lightning. I think those are cool. and then couple that with a solo seat and I'd be happy...

The faired Bandit with the round headlight (like in the pic 2 posts above) is simply a GSF400 Limited.

The GSX400F is a Katana and the GSX250F is the Across, both have rectangular headlights. The OP pic looks similar to the Across fairing, but it's not exactly the same.
