FS: Pilot Road 2 rear tire
« on: September 22, 2008, 10:44:29 AM »
I know I should post this in FS but really, what other bikes on the board run 150-70-17?

As the topic suggests; brand new, never been mounted, still have the stickers on it Pilot Road 2 rear tire in above size (stock B4). This is the much-heralded replacement for the original PR with softer sidewalls (not quite PP but still soft) and the same hard-wearing center compound. Steeper profile versus the original as well for quicker turn-in.

Why am I selling a brand new tire? Figured I really don't get in the miles that I used to and use stickier rubber anyway for the kind of riding I do (trackday/backroad) so these are up for grabs. Obviously match it up with a PR2 front or even a PP front (which I was going to do) for a great wearing back road combo.

My loss is your gain: $150 shipped CONUS. These things have gotten pricey since the price hike this past spring.
