Title: Bandit 400 coils

I have tested the resistance of the coils, primary fall between 3,4 and 3,2 ohms, the secondary coil only  shows 15 and 16 kohms of resistance, does this mean that the coils are bad and i should replace them?

I have read the "test coils" topic, but i wanted to make sure i have it correctly. If yes, then i am very interested in buying some good coils from any of you guys, so let me know ;)
