Hi!
Anyone know where I can download the service manual for a Bandit 400 1996?
Searched the posts but couldn't find anything that talks about this.
Also looked in the FAQ but nothing there either.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hey thanks gilad.
Looked at all the links but still couldn't find a user manual for the Bandit 400 1996.
The first and last link doesn't seem to work either.
What bike do you have? Coz if we have a similar bike then you could probably tell me which particular manual to download from these sites.
Thanks again!

In all honesty unless you have the red-topped VV engine everything else is pretty much the same, the only thing that won't be much use could be the Parts Fiche.
I have already found that my '95 bandit is very similar to the manual that i got from the Members Section on here! I believe the best site was from our good ole friend Russtang.
I would seriously recommend the Hi-Res manual if you have a broadband connection though.

Just be careful, some things change over time. Things like plugs, timing, valve clearances... may not be right for your second gen bikes. I'd love to be able to direct you to a source of year-specific info but I don't know one.

Do you know where to get one for the red-tops?

It will be easier to get 2 manuals 1 for the VV motor and 2nd for the bike.
You can get a VV motor manual in the links I added or in the "MEMBERS ONLY" Section.
