After a little while off I have put my bike on the road again, this time with that pretty Ti system of mine
http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/488263/
I still need to sort out a mounting bracket for it, the coat hanger just isnt very cool!
And the centre stand has clearence issues with the chain because its stopper was welded to the stock system, ill have to junk it or make up another little bracket.
One little question for those of you with aftermarket systems, where the headers meet the end pipe they are comming out a little after i ride it, yo can see this in the photo. I guess thats part to do with a rubbish bracket on he end can but is there anything i should put there to 'glue' them together?
Happy Christams everyone

High temp silocone works well to hold it together, but it might be wiser to just fabricate a new bracket.:beers:

some strap aluminum works good for a exhaust bracket! Didnt know that ya had a VV model! :beers: Merry x-mas bro

Where did you get that exhaust system? Looks nice, how does it sound?

The titanium system is very n-i-c-e. I was eyeing that up when it was on ebay.
No need to glue it -- just stop it from moving around. The slip joint should seal fine if you have a proper bracket holding on the end can. The headers expand at a faster rate then the mid pipe and form a seal.

The system sounds great, really captures tha Suzuki sound.
Ive just finished filing a bracket, just got to drill a few holes in it and ill put up a better picture.
one little thing I learned when looking at new pipes, a stainless exhaut is better for gas flow because it has a higher thermal resistance than Ti, so the gas stays hotter and flows better.
But the tiny power gain from that is massivley offset by the weight saving of Ti over steel.
