Hey Guys,

Just thought i'd pop on and say hi

long story short, i bought a 400 off a friend who had let it stand for about 2 years doing nothing... my girlfriend has not long passed her test on my 125, and needed an upgrade so I decided to save it for her and its almost looking like its about finished... just a couple more creases need ironing out..

thats how i got it:

and after a few months of tinkering in my spare time she's looking like:

just finishing up the valve cleanances and hopefully with a few electrical bits (blinkers and stop light) she'll be up and running!

i'll no doubt end up having a few other questions for the 400 veterans of the forum, as its all new to me - only owned a bandit 600 for the past few years

just wish i'd found the site sooner

Cheers,
Andy
