Title: bike is stumbling until warmed up
Post by: KSUGreggy on September 23, 2005, 03:58:45 PM
its starting to get a bit colder here and im running into some issues on occassion.  When i go to start my bandit the bike usually starts up pretty quick but i cant give it any throttle for a little bit...if i do it starts to rev then tries to die.  im thinking its running rich but im not sure....the PO put on a D&D on but tahs all i know of that he said...he never mentioned that he rejetted...the bike runs fine once warmed up as far as i can tell....any suggestions? adjustments i should make?

Given everything you just said, sounds normal to me.

I agree.

If your mixture screws have been uncovered, you might be able to minimize it a little by turning them out 1/4 turn or so.
