CDI Help (vv model)

The CDI is of a 92 gsf400,
Firstly I was trying to figure out where this bike was first sold (what country) the first 3 digits of the vin# are 6mb can anyone help?
Second are the GSXR400 CDI's compatable??
Third does anyone have they want to sell??
