i took off my carbs cleaned them out. put them back on and the bike
idles at 6000 rpm. hit the throttle and it bogs out. if i use the choke it
goes higher anyone had this before?????

Sounds like a vac leak maybe. Are you sure they're seated properly in the intake boots? Got all 4 little orings back under the caps?
-
Also check throttle cable routing.
-
all 4 orings are there and carbs are properly seated.
throttle cable is correct and throttle plates are staying closed
-
A/F screws all set at an appropriate/reasonable setting?

not sure at the exact setting but i didn't move them when i cleaned the
carbs. it idled fine before. i cleaned the carbs because i had a midrange flat spot
-
Could it be that the choke is sticking on! I have had this issue on my 125 where the Choke would stick slightly making the rev's higher than usual but as soon as i grab the throttle, stalls!
Greased up the link worked perfect! Could it be possible when you assembled the Carb Assy, the choke system may be off slightly or not closing right?

well i cleaned them and put them back togother again and she runs
fine. weirdest thing i have ever had happen. i have cleaned tons of carbs and never had that happen. my original concern, the reason i auctually cleaned the carbs was for the flat spot and it's much better. only there a slight bit. small enough i can live with. THANX GUYS FOR ALL THE HELP!!!
