Title: Common (engine) mods for a 250

Anyone have suggestions for common mods for a 250?  I'm changing the front and rear to a RGV setup, handlebars, lighting and probably a stick coil mod instead of the coil packs.  Are there any relatively simple mods that can be done to a 250cc engine besides air filter pods and a 4 into 1 muffler setup (of course going to re-jet or even put a set of FCR Flatsides on it)?
