They don't exist! Any set you get. will always need adjustment, cleaning, a gasket or two, etc..
Where do live? I have my eye on a parts bike for sale and don't need the carbs....but they probably need a rebuild.
I'm in Midlothian, VA....Richmond, VA is like 15 minutes from me.

You may have better luck if you're willing to go a bit beyond the good old U.S.A. in your search...

Suzuki didn't sell many bikes configured with banks of 4 Mikuni BST32 carbs in the U.S.A., but they sold a metric-shitload of them in Asia and Europe (GSX-R400 and Bandit 400) over the span of a good number of years.  I bet you could find a set in Japan or the U.K. or Europe pretty easily.

Maybe even broaden your search and include Mikuni BST33 carbs in your search.  I think some versions of the Bandit 400 (European export models?) came equipped with BST33s.  Some banks of BST33 carbs will have a TPS (throttle position sensor) on the right-hand (number 4 cylinder) carb but you wouldn't use it for a Bandit CDI.

GS500 uses 2x BST33 if you need parts.

I've come to accept the fact that my role on the internet, the mode that my participation just naturally seems to take, is "the guy who points things toward what is generally the right direction and then gets corrected".  But I'm okay with that because it gets the job done and I'm a team player type of person anyway.

Now Albertinhouston knows that if he looks for Mikuni BST33s he has a much better chance of finding a ready-to-use rack of carbs to fit his Bandit 400.  You probably can't swing a dead cat in Japan without hitting a pristine set of BST33s.

FYI carbs from other bikes won't be bolt on. Jets and needles are all different sizs depending on the aplication so you'd have to replace all of those.  The only thing kanata carbs are good for is the bodies, diaphrams, slides, caps, floats and bowls. You're better off just rebuilding the set you have if you can't find an already rebuilt set of gsf400 carbs. Carb rebuild isn't nearly as scary as ppl make it out to be. Good luck.

My French version of the B400 service manual states that GSF 400 before and after 1992 (so all versions sold in France from 1991 to 1995) where equipped with BST32SS carbs. My guess is that you can probably get a set from ebay.co.uk (not from a grey import 400VV obviously).

The local guy here said it was going to be $450 to clean and rebuild them. That's a little high for my taste... 
Mine has some broken parts on the carbs.  that's why I was looking just to buy a set. The crappy set on EBAY is absolutely horrible and they still want $150.
