For the discs, try looking in the EBC catalog here:

http://www.ebcbrakes.com/Assets/ebc2005ukmccat.pdf

Find the replacement disc for the year of GSXR forks you've got, then cross reference them to the other bikes that use the same discs, then off to e-bay to find some discs from one of those bikes.

Done that and just to help everyone out a bit i'll post my findings here:

GSF 400   S/VS/V-V/VZ-V Bandit       95-97
GSXR 400    J/RR/RAK    (GK73A)  88-90

RF 400     RP/RR/VR/RT/RVT/RV-V       93-97

GSF 600    S/T/ST/V/SV/W/SW/X/SX/Y/SY/K1/SK1/K2/SK2/SK3/K3/K4/SK4 Bandit 95-04

RF 600      RP/RR/RS/RT/RV                 93-97

GSX 600   FK/FL/FM/FN/FP/FR/FS/FT/FV       89-97

GSX 600    FW/FX/FY/FK1/FK2          98-02

SV 650      X/SX/Y/XY/K1/K2/SK1/SK2    99-02

GSX 750    FK/FL/FM/FN/FP/FR/FS/FT/FV    89-97

GSX 750    FW/FX/FY/FK1/FK2          98-02

all of those use the same kind of front discs MD3003 LS and RS according to EBC, thanks for the catalog Goose!

Btw, it's a bit surprising the B6's use the same too... quite hefty brakes for a 400, it would seem!

Could you give me some models on which they were standard? Like B12?

ah yes about rgv250 calipers.. i'm a little bit puzzled, i found rgv discs and calipers on ebay, but i'm not sure if they fit.
in the ebc list i found several types some use the 'good' ones but other don't. Bad thing is, i don't know which category vj22 fits in :-(

the discs

the calipers

Hello Alex. Yes these would make a great mod on any with the 2 puck calipers. I'm pretty sure they bolt rite on the 1G B12? The spread is 3.5" or a 32nd 16th more 3 9/16" ? Old calipers and older eyes these days.  Looking at my two pics of bandit and busa the mount holes look to be the same between the two.

Here is a big pic you could use if you need any other of my to the MM measurements!! :duh: If you want i could take it all apart and send em to ya to try!!!
You see the stuff on ebay? Looked at the kawi 1400 the other day! All there B parts are so compact!! Wonder if they don't last as long or are made of better stuff??

The 2G B12 has 6-piston (Tokico) front brakes. Never had any breaks on mine though.
These are the same as the Busa, etc.
Several Kawasaki models use these too - like the ZRX, ZX-9, etc.

The 1G B12 has 4-piston Nissin calipers. The fork mouting is the same as the 2G though, so you can upgrade a 1G to 2G brakes. (Just be sure to use the Tokico banjo bolts in the calipers, the Nissin bolts have a different pitch.)

The 3G has 4-piston Tokicos, don't know if they interchange though since we haven't had anyone here that's taken possession of one yet.
