O.K. here it is I am offically the poorest man in the world  :boohoo:  . Hence the reason why I wouldn't mind some advice on how to make this bad boy sound better (louder)  :grin:  without forking out for a new can. I am armed with my drill and mechanical knowledge, So hit me with it guys what have you got for me! :thanks:

P.S. I have a gsxr250 bandit 1992 like the one in the signature.

Well that will teach me for not looking for the info first.  :duh:
howevere if anyone has any specific info on the can that is on the 250 bandit as it seems to be similar to the accross's muffler (internally) any info would be much appreciated  :beers:

Get a drill with an extended bit, ram it down the can n take out a few holes in the baffle, that's what mine's like. I'll make a video tomorrow so you can hear it, sounds soooo much better than it did as standard! Only problem is I've got the mot in September  :duh:  have to figure out a quick way of filling the holes up again!
