Hey dude's!
Just a quick one about sprockets. I know that if you add or take a tooth of a sprocket you can alter the way that the bike moves. But i have forgoten which way around it is :duh: . Is it add one for better acceleration or take one off for better acceleration. Thanks.
-
add more at the back to improve acceleration, less to improve top speed
one up at the front = 3 down at the back
one down at the front = 3 up on the back
-
Nice one, more accelleration is good

More acceleration is good but lowering the gearing on the B4 seems like it would render 1st gear almost unusable, IMHO.
-
well the first gear on my B4 vv is so short any way it is really not a problem, most of the power comes in second gear any way(at the speeds i want the power that is ne way). BTW what does IMHO stand for ????? :stickpoke:

In My Humble Opinion

cool did not know that one
