Title: Forgive me but I did search.

I've got a Bandit 400 Limited Edition (non-VVC). I've got the CDI with the extra connector with three wires. I've heard that you just need to take the green/yellow wire to ground. Does that mean take the wire from the loom side to ground and/or take the wire from the CDI side to ground? [This is to derestrict it btw]

Hi Kev,
That will not derestrict the bike. I will post a to do and hopefully we could :thanks: get it sticky.

Thanks Chris,

That would be appreciated.  :thumb: I haven't had the chance to test it out for real but I have had it at 180kph in 6th (indicated).

Chris H,

When you get a chance to do that, PM one of the admins and we'll get it taken care of after a quick review. :)

Are there different methods for de-restricting the different model B4s? If so I guess you'd need to differentiate the processes for each.
