Hey, Ill be modifying my front wheel tomorrow, drill, tap, counterbore, plus enlarge the bearing counterbore to accept the larger bearings/axle of the fork Im using.  Ill post up the results.  I may be able to offer it as a service...

Oh, yea, the work will be done on a Haas ES5.  I work in a machine shop, so, no iffy centerpunch/drillpress shenanigans...  better than 0.001" tolerances will be kept...  I finished the program and fixture this evening, going in early to try it out...  Possible video...

Here are photos, turns out I used the VF2, I had a job setup on the es5 that I didnt want to break down.  Went smoothly.

If anyone wants to get this done, I have files for the fixture, bolt pattern drill/tap/counterbore, and the file to enlarge the bearing bore to 44mm.   Just shoot me a pm, and Ill email you the files to give to your machine shop, should make it significantly less expensive if they already have all the code....
