I picked up some of these universal ones for ~$16 total. Another $15 or so for long 10mm bolts and nuts from McMaster-Carr mcmaster.com to replace the upper engine mount bolts with. Good fit on the Bandit 400 and probably others.

Interesting, have you mounted them up yet? Any pictures?

Indeed I have...

Also, the aluminum foot pegs are currently on ebay real cheap. After I took this photo I put a set on the rear as well. No more worn out rubber... except on my boots.

That's interesting. I've never seen one of these bikes with sliders on it. Being that high up I wonder if they stick far enough out to protect the engine cases.

I broke the engine side case before I put them on and would not care to repeat the experiment. They'll at least prevent some frame damage and maybe tank damage. Considering the sliders and replacement engine mount bolts, nuts, washers were less than $25 it's not much to invest even if it only helps a little. Down lower would be better but haven't found a good mounting point. Anything further back would get in the way.

I picked some of these up off eBay as well. Do you remember which bolts in particular you ordered from Mcmaster-Carr? I'm having a hard time deciphering their site...
Thanks!

You just click on selections to narrow your choice. I got 10mm stainless cap head screws, I don't remember what length. Too long is ok, to short is not. I had to get 1.5mm pitch nuts as well, the Suzuki ones are 1.0mm pitch. I used two on each so there's a lock nut.
