Yes if you also change the oil pan to a gsx-r 400 oil pan.
If you don't... maybe?

Tbh, i think i have the same exhaust, but i do not have the gsx-r 400 oil pan.

I also thought that I would need the gsxr 400 oil pan. But I have seen other 400 exhausts that did a swap with out the oil pan.

Yeah for the stock GSX-R 400 headers you need the GSX-R 400 oil pan. But for aftermarket GSX-R 400 headers it would depend on how they changed the design..

Will not fit without work.

76a oil pan is square and model specific.
73a pan will fit the bandit giving a straight exit to the collector
But also needs the oil pick up as well and looks a little ugly.

You can get a Yoshi from yahoo Japan for similar money.
