Title: Handlebar clamps
Post by: gixxerjasen on September 11, 2010, 01:36:28 AM
Does anyone know if there are suitable replacements for the parts that hold the handlebar to the triples?  Mine were removed by the PO and clipons installed.  I'm looking to try taking the clipons off and putting a superbike bar on the bandit, but I don't have the parts to hold it on.  From the looks of the places selling OEM parts, this has been discontinued by Suzuki.  I've also just confirmed that a Gen I Yamaha FZ1's won't fit either as the holes are too close together.  Any ideas?

You can probably use SV ones as they're separate and not one piece. If you like the one piece look, you can find them all day long on ebay with custom etched logos, etc.

I know guys who have used old Honda CB ones because they didn't like the one piece clamp.
