theres a little screw behind the horn to adjust the tone of it some times they get stuck , hold the button and wack it with the back of a screw driver and see if it starts working , if it sounds like a wounded duck you need to adjust the screw . the one that only comes on as the bike is running is du to the vibration. the one that honks by its self id hate to have that electrical problem! sorry dont know on that one
