i just bought a 91 b400, the guy before me put on some carbonfiber lookalike turn signals. They look good but the problem is that one of the bulbs burned out and i cant find a replacement for it. It is a very small bulb with two contacts on bottom. there are two filiments in bulb and two contacts in the bulb holder. on the factory turn signal is there one or two contacts on bulb holder? i could use any help you can give me.

It's hard to say without a picture. Do you push the bulb in straight or do you push it in and then twist? How many watts?
I would try places like NAPA or radioshack. If that fails I'd go to a bike shop. You'd be surprised at what they've got hidden behind the counter.
Be careful riding if you have those tiny signals, that people in cars have difficulty seeing...

I'm guessing the B4's signals are like the bigger B's in this regard and use single filament, standard automotive style (1156/2056?) bulbs.
Aftermarket mini blinkers typically use non-standard bulbs and when they go, you normally can only find replacements at dealers that sell the mini-blinkers, or direct from a mini-blinker outfit.
If you can't find them locally, try Lockhart-Phillips. (http://www.lockhartphillipsusa.com/)

You should be able to pick them up at most dealerships. Just bring the bulb when you go shopping.
