do u think the only difference would be that the speedo goes to 220kmph (we only get 180 kmph in oz)

If you e-mail the guy and have good e-bay feedback, he might post it to you. I have had items posted from Germany and the regular post office works great...but it is fairly expensive. The post office in Germany seems to be more expensive than say the UK. If you don't speak German, then try using altavista's babelfish and keep the language simple. Babelfish does a fair job.
