 fired her up and  Im    that it made that much of a sound difference , rev's real nice , actually better . So so far i'd give this a big  :bigok:  And say that it is safe for any one with a b4 to put another b4 intake cam in the exhaust ! With no ill effects will run it at the track tomarrow and tell ya how it really reved . But i was exspecting catastrofic failure do to my motor was a bit built and and not measuring anything ! Wich would have put me out of the racing for the rest of the year! But i gave it hell in the garage at 11:00 at night and reved it to about 10,000 rpm and still running so should be good on the track ! Damn i hope it power wheelies!!!!!!!  :beers:

to stock, that little notch on the right side of the cam by cylinder #4 level with the head , count your pins on cam chain . all you have to take out is the exhaust cam so set it up like your checking your valves for cylinder #1  remove all the normal bull shit to get the valve cover off remove your cam chain tensioner the exhaust cam caps and the bolte to the oil tube on the intake cam cap!  put the the b4 intake where the exhaust cam was and replace all the stuff you took off , retorque cam caps! LISTEN TO IT PURRRR! :beers:

Uh, no.  I'm a mechanical moron.  I do trust Jay when he says:

the gixxer cams are bigger lift than the bandit ones considering im running a bandit motor in my gixxer frame for the past 3 years i d say its pritty safe , no id say its verey safe! Unless you have milled your head or peeled a layer of the head gasket off ! (to increase your compresion ratio)

And no the race is this weekend , but i should if the rain holds up and my body to!

Would this work with an old B4 intake cam?  Say if you had a GSXR400 intake cam and a stock B4 intake cam on the exhaust?
Just wondering, might be able to get away with just finding a GSXR400 intake cam :-D
Good news BTW, with that big-bore kit your bike will be about 600cc fast!

you can do this with 2 b4 intake cams, you do not need gixxer cams
