My bike a 96 b4 does not go past 100mph.  I understand there may be a limiter involved.  Please can you tell me if it's locatd in the speedo and how to remove it fo :congrats: r full performance.

It's located in the Digital Igniter box, unfortunatly. The only way to get it out is to have the box modified, do a search in the forum for 'CDI Repair', the place listed there is able to remove it, but it's not cheap.

i have one on my harness goes to the cdi i cut mine and it seems to run better from what i was told it goes to a speed limiter. after i cut mine i found a bullet connector that i could have just unpluged if you have this chances are you are restricted  should have 2 wires to small plug on cdi i have 3 but cut one ive talked to others with 3 didnt hurt to cut it i raced like that just last time. with no ill effects. if ya dont like it reconect it.
