Maybe this is old news for some, sorry if I'm repeating. There are full sets of carburetor o-rings for the GSF400 being sold on Ebay. These seem incredibly handy and almost necessary if you are bringing an old Bandit back to life. Damn, they seem cheap too.

I just bought a "wave" rotor (http://cgi.ebay.com/SUZUKI-GS-500-BANDIT-400-WAVE-FRONT-BRAKE-ROTOR-DISK_W0QQitemZ4646202892QQihZ002QQcategoryZ35592QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) for the Bandit, only $129. The real EBC rotors are $300. I have after market EBC rotors on my other bikes, we'll see how this stacks up.
-
That's a smoking deal on the the o-rings!
I saw that wave rotor listing. I honestly was a little skeptical of it. It says it's for the GS500 and the B4. The Bandit is left rotored and the GS is on the right. I'm not sure why they wouldn't be interchangeable but EBC and other companies list differerent p/n's them.
-
i checked the EBC catalogue, indication for the B4 : MD3006LS
indication for the GS500 : MD3006RS
Should fit indeed! Make pics!
-
According to the EBC catalog, the B4 uses the same 310mm rotors as the 96-06 B12, too.
-
Yeah - the B4 uses the 1G B12 left and the GS uses the right. What I was wondering is, is there a difference b/t a LS (left) and RS (right) rotor?
-
they have a directional arrow! LMAO
-
Rob, that's a good question I've asked too. As I held the EBC rotors to my VFR in my hands, I finally realized it's the hole patterns that are different. I think that may be the only difference.

Carb O-ring kits are back on E-bay.
