Just got my custom exhaust on it. Sounds great and fixed the running rich prob. Kinda sounds like a moto gp bike crossed with a formula one car lol (but its a little louder then I wanted but not too loud). 520 conversion with 3 down in the rear, pods, and jet kit should be on next week. In two to three weeks the suspension setup should be finished and in about a month or so the fairing should be in place. Thanks for your help guys and GSXR400 Racer I should be getting ahold of you soon after everything else is done for the big bore kit. She is soon gonna be the bike I've always dreamed of. When she is finished I'll take some pics and vids. Oh by the way I read somewhere on this forum you can use an intake cam to replace the exhaust cam for more power, is this true? Because the shop I have doing the work said that they have one that they will give me from a bad motor they just took in.

Well i say yes since im one of the ones that ran it first i liked it but had other issues , the other board member like it and one says its faster with out so with out proper tunning and a dyno chart to prove any claims its up to you if you have the money to try it dyno it and change it back if its no good.

i had blown a head gasket and had a ton of issues all last year im sure there is a story about it on here some where so i wont get into it to much . so i took the cams out and went  back to stock to eliminate some variables, but i had liked it when it was in and raced on it.
cheers

Should have the pods and jet kit on this week also the 520 conversion with 1 up in front and 2 down in the rear. I'll keep you guys posted and thanks for the comments and suggestions. Also if anybody is looking for a trick fairing kit try the airtech gs500e top fairing kit. Im going with the race kit with no holes the installing two projector lights with hid. Obviously the race kit has no holes so i will have to cut them. But the street kit retains the stock headlight. I would love to use the side fairing kit but I dont think it would be wide enough. Does anybody here in so cal know where I can find a good aluminum fabricator to make me a aluminum frame for the bandit?
