Would nickle plating hurt the frame or make it brittle like chrome?

Hi I noticed that you did the whole four airfilter pod thing and the stage three kit. Would you recommend this? Does it make that much difference over a stage one? Does it hurt file economy? Just curious.

The silver race bike, I ran a modified air box and one jet bigger on a Stage I Dyno jet kit. The stage III, Factory Pro was to match up with the K&N pods. I'm happy with the results so far and will hope to put on a dyno soon.

I also noticed what looks like metal foot pegs on your bike. What did they come off of?? I haven't been able to find metal pegs for a gsf400 anywhere.

There are hundreds of metal foot pegs on ebay that will fit. I picked up 3 sets of these and got them to fit in both the driver and passenger so have one spare set...

Lanky,
I will be tearing it down soon. Send frame to Nic plate, service forks, bearings, etc... Motor work? Need to see about $$. I will for sure start taing it apart in December. Check the youtube for around the bike.
