Like it says on the tin- fit a 1.5Kohm resistor between the wire and ground and the bikes good. Im still suprised that some of the single disc US bikes have this, it leans towards Jap parts being fitted at some point in the bikes life as if it was the other way you'd have a gear sensor and no clutch switch.
Oh, I get it now, I just have to
ground that wire with the resistor...makes sense after seeing the eye connector. Must've missed that in the post. That's easy. I think I'll do it just for shits-n-grins because I really don't see myself taking this little bike over 85-90 mph.
It is a US bike as far as I can tell. Single disc.
