The top picture is a set of BMC filters. Contact Factory-Pro (http://www.factorypro.com/) for those. If you don't have a jet kit, you'll need one for any pod filter setup - and Factory-Pro can hook you up there, too. They used to list the B4 pod kit on their site, but I don't see it there anymore, but they ought to be able to hook you up.

Looks like the silver framed bobbed B4 is sporting K&N individual pods. They're a little smaller than the BMC's

The B12 is wearing 2 K&N pods, each one mates to a pair of carbs.

As for the size, I don't know. If no one comes up with the answer, you can always measure the mouth of the carb yourself.

I wouldn't use the filter on the last picture. That one only filters out trees and bricks

Get out a set of calipers and measure it to be sure. I measured my carbs and came up with 52mm across x 57.5mm high.

The B4 carbs bell mouth is oval not round and as interfuse sayz measures-52mm/57.5mm dia.
You may have problems getting the filters to seal correctly, but 54mm or 55mm filters should fit. You can get them in the UK, Calsport sell them on the ebay.co.uk site, they say world wide post is available and you would need a paypal account, you could contact them but a set of 4 is about £100 and then you would have to add postage and also rejet.
