Parts shared between early 250 and 400?
« on: July 12, 2011, 05:27:05 AM »
Hi guys,

I have a '92 Bandit 250 and I'm looking around at new parts - the vast majority of aftermarket parts are for the B400s.
In particular I like the look of the B400 Gimbel seat cowl, however there are very few 400 Bandits in NZ so I can't find one to check on myself.
The rear end plastic and seat on the B4 look basically identical to the early 250s, can anyone confirm if this is true and that the B4 seat cowl would fit the two-fiddy?
I thought it would be useful if the B4 owners could share any info on what parts are common between the B4s and the 250s from 1990 to 1994.

Cheers!!

Im up in Auckland, I've only seen one B4 around before! Just last weekend out at Maraetai, a limited edition one with the cafe racer style fairing.

the b4 isnt very common in nz eh.
dont know bout body work, but apparently some gixxer forks and shocks fit for the suspension and brake up grades.
